Terms and Conditions Cruzecam by Tradenixis Ventures LLP
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and purchase of dash camera products ("Products") from Cruzecam by Tradenixis Ventures LLP ("we," "us," or "our") to the buyer ("you" or "customer").
1. GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
1.1 All orders placed with Cruzecam are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
1.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable is that stated on the date of purchase.
1.3 By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, and you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.4 Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
1.5 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on logistics and availability
2. REFUND & RETURN POLICY
2.1 Products once sold are not eligible for refund unless: - The product is received damaged, or - The wrong item was delivered.
2.2 Claims for a return must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
2.3 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection and approval, typically within 10 business days.
2.4 Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our end.
3. WARRANTY POLICY
3.1 All Cruzecam dash cameras come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
3.2 This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. 3.3 This warranty does NOT cover: - Damages caused during or due to improper installation, - Any physical damage, mishandling, or misuse, - Issues arising from unauthorized modifications or repairs, - Damage due to external factors like power surges, accidents, or water ingress (unless specified as waterproof).
3.4 For any warranty claims, the original invoice must be presented.
3.5 Cruzecam reserves the right to repair, replace, or deny any warranty claim after evaluation.
4. INSTALLATION SUPPORT
Installation support is currently available only in Mumbai through an authorized Cruzecam technician at the buyer's location. Improper installation by an unauthorized person will void the warranty
5. ONLINE PURCHASES
Purchases made online through our official platforms are subject to the same terms and conditions mentioned herein. Customers must verify product compatibility before placing an order online.
