At Cruzecam, we are proud to serve customers worldwide. Please review our domestic and international shipping policy below:

 

DOMESTIC POLICY:

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional charges apply)

Free Shipping: Available on all orders


Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India (Pan India). Additional regions and international destinations will be added soon.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This can be used on the courier partner’s website to track your order in real-time.

5. Shipping Issues

Lost or Damaged Package: Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.

Incorrect Address: Kindly ensure your shipping details are accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

Delivery Delays: In case of extreme weather or courier-related issues, delivery timelines may be affected. We’ll do our best to help track and resolve any such cases promptly.


6. Returns & Refunds

For return eligibility and process, please refer to our Return Policy. Returned items must be unused, with original packaging, and meet the return window.

 

INTERNATIONAL POLICY:

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries globally. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at Sales@tradenixisv.com for assistance.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We work with trusted courier partners (DHL, FedEx & Aramex)for safe and timely delivery.

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days, depending on destination. Remote areas may require additional time.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees vary by country, weight, and courier service. Final charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Cruzecam is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.


6. Tracking Orders

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order in real time.


7. Order Issues & Restrictions

Certain countries may have restrictions on dashcams or electronic devices. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is permitted in their country.

If a shipment is returned due to customs restrictions, shipping fees will not be refunded.
