Refund Policy – Cruzecam by Tradenixis

At Cruzecam, we take pride in delivering quality products to our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds or Returns – Exceptions Apply

We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the item you received meets one of the following conditions:

The product is damaged upon delivery, or

You received the wrong item.


Reporting a Problem

If your order is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Sales@tradenixisv.com. Please include:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Supporting photos of the product and packaging


Return Approval Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

We will arrange for a replacement or provide further instructions.

If a return is necessary, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.


Note:
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
